Role: Assistant Manager– Product Development (Commercial & Technical)
Location: South Delhi
Role Objective: A hybrid role focused on the intersection of food science and commercial viability, managing the product lifecycle from material planning to plant-level execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Planning: Oversee capacity management and material planning; conduct regular stock reviews focusing on slow-moving inventory.
- Usage Tracking: Perform "Plan vs. Actual" tracking for material usage; investigate shortages and develop action plans.
- Plant Interface: Coordinate with plants for trial runs and commercial scaling of new products.
- Compliance: Ensure all development processes align with FSMS knowledge and ERP documentation.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: B.Tech/ M.Sc in Food Technology.
- Experience: 5+ years in PD/NPD with a strong understanding of commercial material management.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in ERP, analytical MIS, and material usage investigation.
